Couldn't make this so instead headed out from Foxes for a blast around 3rock and to check out Fergal and his merry mens new trails. Flipping deadly they are... It's amazing up there at the moment, everywhere is sooo dry and dusty!!

Jeeeeebus that was hard..i didn't get out of Eurocycles till 20 past 6, after I did all my end of day nonsense and set off at a freakin lightning pace !!!
I got to Kilmashogue expecting to see Oz but as it turned out everybody was there, so off we went with Oisin going like a man possessed !!
across the woccas and over to Glencullen I was heading up the fireroad when I started to feel a bit hungry, so off I stopped. had a Gel and away I went, catching Colm and Paddy Downey and we stuck together while I was stuffing my face with jellies !
Then Ray caught up and off we went..down the dream mile and as I was passing the bottom of the Pet Cemetary road when Doris jumped out at me, and micky was fixing a puncture ! so off we went again with the ever increasing group of people !!
Going out of Enniskerry , micky switched on the Nitro and off he went , with Doris cracking the whip ..
I had no choice but to try and hang on, Ray " Face " Doyle was out to get me so..I stuck it while pictures of roast chicken and mars bars kept floating into my mind !!
I went off the back..dug deep and caught back up..then a goat started bleebleebleeing at me about percentages and intensities versus multiple laps and the boys got away from me..but Face was coming back from them and that was enough to find some energy and i caught the handsome devil back up and the two of us caught back up with Doris and Micky..you should have seen the look on their faces !!
especially when I said to them " between the 4 of us we must have 200 years !!"
