Ok I've been on to the commander and chief so here's the diddly for tomorrow, the weather is to be crap so 3 Rock it is fast lads on big bikes and if you think your good enough to hang on, on the hard tail your more than welcome to tag along. We have no route in mind yet but it will be deadly and fast. Hopefully we will get some of the Baggy lads new trails or is the lumberjack's new trails.

neither can I, Max !! in honour of the Looonatics in the Wicklow 200 we will do the Skids 200 !!!
200 skids around the place and some jumps and some crashes , all done while pushing your anaerobic threshold !!there had better be loads of people out because we are doing 200 pressups between us !!
well that was fking miserable,got to lambers at 9.29 after dragging the trance all the way up in that fking miserable weather to find that all you smelly cnuts had p!ssed off without me...my fault for being late!
anyway headed up three rock the old school way then across up by toms the sticks the gaps woccas tibradden road masseys road and home fking soaked and fking freezing Ihope you all get loads of punctures and catch colds.

After an acute bout of numeric dyslexia I arrived all geared up for a 10 o'clock spin.
Did a quick sprint up ticknock to see if I could catch up but to no avail. Headed up past Tom's and then up and over the WW to Fairy Castle. The wind and rain coming up the back of Fairy Castle almost killed me.
The promise of pre midday lasagna kept me going and just made a bee line home via the bone shaker.
