Not a training spin but not a handy spin. Up the road to Kilmashogue and Fairy Castle, Legends, etc.

that was a brilliant soaking wet spin..holy **** there was some water up there tonight !! great bunch out but what happened to Micky !!
I only found out he was missing when I got to 3 Rock ! and somebody mentioned Lynchy.

Enjoyed that, very relaxed but we did lots of deadly trails all the same. 'A bit' wet at the start but Fergal's Fellujah and the orgasmic race down Metro and Boneshaker was so much fun. We lost Micky but otherwise the group stayed together, nice one.

the muck in tree rock, is a very sharp nasty, fcuk of a muck, I hate it.
my cornea is throbbing now.

Great spin .i was runing on an empty tank, i was seeing a mirage of food around every corner ...jaysus im still hungry.....thanks lads for the spin...

Came up from home via the Leadmines, Scalp, Killegar etc and caught up with the tail-end of the spin just at the top of Kilmashogue. Really enjoyed it for about 45 minutes but bent my rear derailleur like an S-hook going down the rocky gully under the trees. Took me about 20 minutes to get going again and in that time I'd got seriously savaged by the midges - My arms and lower legs look like I've got some nasty plague this morning! They really seem to find me very tasty - I'll have to wear bug-spray every time from now on! Sorry I missed the rest of the spin!

hard luck Rich..we went up Kilmashogue as a unit and up Ninja express, WW , fairy castle, 2 rock, rocky trail along the fence, back to the WW and up the second part of Ninja express, 3 rock, Metro Upper, Fergals Fellujah 1 which was deadly slippy, Fergals Fellujjah 2, brilliant, Freds,
Fireroad, MX, the trail below T Connector, fireroad, Metro bottom, boneshaker..jesus the puddles on some of the parts..
the best bit was clearing Metro lower of goobers !! funny sh1t !

My heart was'nt really in it last night,and what finished me off was getting my feet and arse p1ss wet on the rocky trail between 2 rock and the WW.So I headed back to Lambers down the WW.Sorry boss.
