Note - it does not include the microphone which I can't find at the moment- but if I do find it I'll include it (all you'll ever hear is windnoise anyway and the extra cable and clutter isn't worth the hassle)
but it does include 3 rechargeable batteries (you get approx 50 mins filming time on a fully charged 9v battery)
A spare lens is included, as is the mounting sleeve (velcro-backed), there's also a lens cap (and the various cables)
Note that your camera or camcorder needs to have an AV-IN port to use this helmet cam with it
