Selling my Morewood Zula full suss xc bike, spec is as follows:
2011 Morewood Zula frame with Fox RP23 (100mm rear travel) - medium
Full SRAM 2 x 10 XO groupset (shifters, mechs, cranks, brakes)
Hope ProII hubs with Stans Alpine rims
Rock Shox SID Rlt Ti forks (currently set at 120mm but can be run 100mm)
Thompson Elite seatpost with SQ Labs saddle
Ritchey WCS carbon stem
FSA SL-K carbon bars with ODI ruffian grips
Weighs 24lbs.
All parts were brand new when bike was built a year ago, bike was only used for 6 months before being stored for winter and has just been re-built. The bike is in immaculate condition, was built up at the start of last year and was used for the xc Nps races and a few training spins. It was stripped down after the last xc Nps last year and has just been re-built with new bb bearings, had the forks serviced etc so is in tip top condition and ready to go. This is a fantastic bike, rides really well but is reluctantly for sale to fund a new AM bike.
This bike cost €4,700 to build last year, looking for €2,400. PM only please.
Okay, I'm considering splitting the bike if their is enough interest in the major components, frame, forks, wheels etc. Will also still sell as full bike for €2,200 untill some of major components sell.
Here is the breakdown of parts/prices:
FRAME: Morewood Zula (m) with Fox rp23 shock. Frame has 100mm rear travel. The frame has been covered in protective tape from day one so is absolutely immaculate. €900
FORKS: 2011 Rockshox SID RLT, the forks have just been fully serviced and again are immaculate bar a tiny cable rub on the crown. €320
WHEELS: Hope ProII hubs with Stans Alpine rims, available with or without tyres, which are Schwalbe rocket ron/racing ralphs.
€350 without tyres or €380 with tyres.
GROUPSET: Full Sram XO 2x10 groupset Inc brakes/discs etc. Again in very good condition, the odd scuff on cranks/rear mech but only has about 25/30 rides! Chain rings are 26/39. Will not split group set. €500
STEM: Ritchey carbon WCS 90mm. €45
BARS: FSA SLK carbon bars. €40
SEATPOST: Thompson Elite 30.9/420mm, immaculate. €45
SADDLE: SQ Labs Ti railed saddle. €40.
As mentioned in the original post all parts were brand new 1 year ago and have seen little use.
If anyone is interested in 2 or more major components frame/forks/wheels etc there can be some leeway with pricing.
