[Wanted] 18" or 19" frame . Medium/Large

I'm looking for an entry level hardtail frame & forks for general usage xc & trails. Old would be ok, cosmetics are not a consideration but no knocks or dings. I'd guess 18" or19" Medium/Large I seem to be in the range of a large medium or a small large size depending on maker. Anyway I'd have to check against manufacturers charts to be sure. Forks requiring a service considered. Anything available in the sub 200 É range?
