tyre choices?

What tyres are people on here running on their dh bikes and what would you recommend?

maxxis high rollers in super tacky or michelan dh 16 will do for pretty much all use

we'r big fans of contis over here in wale. ive maxxis minion 2.5 on my dh, and conti vrtical pro 2.3 on my spesh enduro. a lot of the boys are running 2.2 and 2.4 mountain Kings which apparently are really good. a couple have Coni Gravity on the front and verts or mt kings on the back.
i really rate the verticals as go any where tyres.

I run a maxxis wet scream on the front and maxxis swampthing on the rear. I hear the highrollers are just as good though. I used an intense tyre for a while but found it wasn't that good for the sloppy mud. Even there softest compound is really hard so i'd stick to maxxis.

dont use intense for dh i found i got way to many punctures with them and the soft compond aint that soft.

yikes i ended up getting a pair of intense intruders so time will tell!
