Wanted - Broken rear XT derailleur

Broke my derailleur last night in 3 rock
Does anyone have a broken rear XT derailleur that still has this part intact?

If that bit is broken I'd be willing to bet the rest of it is a "bit pissed" as well!

obviously hes not as rich as you and is willing to try a repair job rather than fcuk it out and buy a new one !!
