Can I replace bearings on xt spd or is it new peddle time ???

Yes they can be serviced Andy - I haven't tried it yet but will soon, the way things are going!! Here's an article on it .... looks a bit fiddley!

Thanks Mick !! That worked a treat they are super smooth now where half hour ago I had 24 bearings and didn't know how to get them back in that vid told me how :)

Rl the bike rider is just a fast service if your doing it use the YouTube vid it shows u how to take out and clean the bearings
