the free hub went on the rear wheel of my road training bike so in the market for a new rear wheel.
Any recommendations on what is a good quality road wheel for training??

You really can't beat Mavic Aksiums as a road training wheel Colm. Cheap and bulletproof. (Road equivalent of Mavic Crossrides). If you want to spend a bit more I'd go with Hope hubs and Mavic Open Pro rims - talk to Alfie he'll sort you out with either option!
