Having trouble uploading to Strava

Lads & ladies I'm having trouble uploading spins from my Garmin 500 to Strava. It loads up fine to the Garmin Connect website but not Strava. Strava reads that the Garmin in connected, says it's uploading but nothing happens after that!
Any ideas?

I had this a few weeks ago, try to use google chrome and it should work. I can view strava on google but need to use chrome to upload. Not sure why, ask the nerds.
