I have a rack from a golf , it's a few years old so not sure if it would fit but there's a bike rack that sits onto it also .
Do you want rid? What year was your golf? Tbh it's actually for putting a roof box on the car for going down the country! I have a rack I use for the back of the car for the bikes. Are you around this week and I'll try it for size. PM or text me pics and a price. My golf is 07 so has the little slots on the roof under the covers.
If your stuck there's a place in stillorgan that rents all that stuff. It's also a bike shop. Stillorgan cycles I think
