Wanted: Hardtail MTB for Beginner

Looking for a decent HT MTB for a mate looking to get into the sport, nothing too new, but something in good condition...

Budget around €500 so 26" territory... Size 19" or M/L

I (or rather Max) has a Giant XTC medium Graham - probably around €400-€500.

I'll take a few snaps this evening Graham. Max has to do a bit more work to it including replacing the chain & cassette. Otherwise it's in pretty good nic and has hardly ben used since he built it up.
