Help please. Looking for e13 trs crank extractor tool

Hi folks.

I have to remove my e13 trs cranks to fit a chain guide. I need a specific tool, which didn't ship with my bike. It's linked below.

e13 don't ship from the US to Ireland, none of their distributors in Europe seem to have the tool, and bike shops I've rang in Dublin don't have it either. Does anyone have any idea where I might pick one up, or have the tool when it shipped with their cranks?

Sounds weird... I am pretty sure E*13 includes the extractor on aftermarket cranks, I guess you have already tried to ask who sold you the bike,did you?
