my feet don't get cold but my hands do..I got a pair of Altura gloves off Al one time and they never let me down in the cold and wet..they were Neoprene with a liner , hands don't sweat but they keep you warm. I had a pair of 661 winter gloves before and I had to stop wearing them, my hands were melting isndide them!! Alfie and Damo have them too. I'd recommend the Altura yokes highly..

It also means I can kick and punch things really hard with out hurting my feet that much, but if the hands of feet get even a little bit cold I have to lye down on the ground and cry for a while.
So first off the price of gloves is inversely proportioned to how well they keep you warm, its one of those things god did for a laugh. You also need to buy ones that are a tiny bit to big for you, thatâs another one of those things the almighty did purely for his amusement.
Warmest gloves I have are ones I bought in aldi for 3.99 they have biking written on them so you donât get them mixed up with the ones for watching TV. you can also get 2mm neoprene gloves in fishing shops for feck all, fingers never get cold in them, although the manual dexterity does suffer a little.
Seal skins are a feckin disaster, unless you bought shoes that are too big. They are really thick, they cut down the blood flows to you toes if you wear them with regular fitting shoes. So your toes get even colder. They also just fill up with water, that canât get out. Decent shoes with socks made out of a synthetic material, should do fine. Over shoes only work if you never put your foot down. You certainly canât walk in them without them going all wired and winding up around your knees. Winter boots are great if you can afford seasonal footwear.
Alternatively you could just either become a fair weather cyclist, or get some nuts and harden the feck up.
thats actually correct ..I wear cheap Lidl socks under my shoes and my feet never get cold..but then after nearly 30 years of wearing rockboots my feet are probably dead..
