Rear shock collar clunking

FFS, I used to have this problem on the NRS but the Trance is only 6 months old and the shock top collar (whatever its called) has some play in already, what gives Giant???!!!

belt it with a hammer..or buy a fine carbon hardtail like a real mtber, all full sussers develop that sideways action.Shimano has all the bike manufacturers build it in to their bikes so you will buy new deraileurs or is it Michelin so you'll buy more tyres either way its definitely needs the attention of an angle grinder

or pop into the bike rack and we'll have it sorted for you in a few mins. Its the du bush and there designed to wear. There made pretty soft so your bike feels plush.

The guy in the shop promised me I'd never have a problem with the bushings on the rear shock.

I said it before, and I'll say it again, that's a savage bike. Anyone with anything remotely like it would also benefit from its coolness!
