Wanted: Road/commuting Bike

a friend of mine needs a bike for going to work/cycling home from the pub.

he may have 200-300 to spend depending on the bike.

From your add,I did't deduct that the friend live on the trails...I thought he wants a bike for town..as for town, is no hill in Dublin that y can't climb...No worries!
