Few cosmetic scratches on the forks, stickers removed, but they're in good nick, haven't had a huge amount of use.
Comes with blue anodized Cane Creek "L****se" 1.5" alloy headset (OS bearings, 7050 lightweight cups) and black Truvativ Holzfeller 40mm 1.5" stem, plus 1.5" top cap (with fancy orange bolt) & 1.5" carbon headset spacers (they make ALL the difference) - that's everything you need to fit it.
