I want remove the rear part of my frame. Ita a kona kikapu.

I have removed all the other parts but the main pivot point at the bb shell has me puzzled?

One side is just a bolt which looks to thead into a long barrel shaped bolt that goes through the hole in the pivot.

Does this have to be pressed out or is there a special way?

I was going to just thread the bolt out a small bit and tap it with a rubber hammer to see if it will knock it out but im afraid of damaging the threads that way.
