Looking for lend of road bike for Ras na mban

Hi,
I am thinking of taking part in the Ras na mban on the 12th - 14th of September in Kerry (details on http://www.womenscycling.ie) - it's a 3 day road stage race only for ladies.

Since I haven't got a road bike (Ryan's is a few sizes to big), I was wondering if there would be some kind soul who would be so nice to give me a lend of one (prefereable size 54) for that weekend? It needs to be in good condition and race-able.

Mel, I've got a Cannondale CAAD 5 (nothing too fancy, but does the job), size 54, which you can borrow if you're interested.

Thanks so much for the offer. I haven't decided yet if I do it. Just wondering, the bike isn't brand new or unused, right? Just worried if I was the first one to add a scratch in case I fall off....

No worries there. Its well used. I've had it about 2 years. It even had a little off-road excursion on the Gael Force Six recently. Everything is still working fine on it though! Its a treble, by the way, in case that means anything to you one way or the other. The gearing on it seems to be well set up for hills (luckily, considering where I ride it), but I wouldn't know too much about the finer details as I'm still an MTBer, not a roadie

Hey Eoin, thanks for the offer for lending me your bike. Cycleways have been so kind to lend me a 2007 Specialized Tarmac Pro for the Ras. So it's all sorted :)
