One of these..

Used but in excellent condition.. rub marks on the arms but no deep scratches or serious damage of any kind..

Ring wear is minimal.. middle and granny are fine.. outer ring has one broken tooth..

BB could do with being replaced..

A few pics of the cranks...

Granny and middle ring are fine.. both show very little signs of wear..

As you can see the big ring is missing a tooth but it still works fine and doesn't slip under pressure.. also the original owner used touch up paint to hide some scratches..

The left hand BB bearing is worn and needs to be replaced.. the right-hand one is fine..

Okay.. just to clear up any confusion.. some people have commented that replacing the rings on XTR cranks is hideously expensive.. well yes it is.. but only if you use replacement XTR rings.. these M970 cranks, unlike the M960, has a standard BCD of 104 / 64...

So you can use any standard 4 bolt rings..!
