Seeing as the missus broke the replacement 3 internet stick that I got last week I was wondering if anyone had 1 for sale or would know anywhere that you could get them quite cheaply. under â¬20 would be perfect.
An unlocked stick from any other internet provider would also do.
Can you believe that I was scared to use the word 'DONGLE' to describe the internet stick on this forum?!!
Nice one, on a serious note, I have a vodafone dongle that you can have if you can figure out how to unlock it. I'll have it with me on Thursday if you're out!
I have the following 3 devices if you are interested:
Huawei E122 - which is the stick modem that you plug directly into your laptop €20.
Huawei E5830 - which is a wifi modem that you can plug into one pc and you can then connect 4 other devices to it €50. My intended use for it was to plug it directly into my pc and then to connect the laptop, wii and phone to it.
Both items have only been used on a few occassions as three were unable to provide coverage in my area and then installed satalite broadband as I'm in the national broadband scheme.
