Need some advice guys....
Just picked up my new shiney Lapierre XControl 710 and need to get the necessary servicing tools........
Looking at CRC and the likes, its like a mine field trying to determine which one suits what:mad:
Anyhow the bike comes with Mavic Crossmax SLR Disc, so to enable me to remove service/replace the bearings what bloody tools do I need. Checked U-tube Rogue mechanic and the likes but it does not confirm the tools. Could do with some help here.
And the second item is the bottom bracket...being a Truvativ Noir 3.3 22X32X44 with a truvativ press fit bottom bracket.
Have to say the best fun is rebuilding the bike so I need your advice guys Please!
Oh by the way, the whole tube-less thing does not float my boat. The bike came with Race Kings and after a day loosing traction I went off and got Schwalbe Racing Ralphs and what a job it was to fit them. It took two of us to get them on the rim. Hate to think what will happen id the gunk does not work some day out on the trails on my own.......a long walk........ So what is the verdict on the ideal tire pressure to run at?? is 30PSI safe or can one go lower while running 26 X 2.25 UST?
Intersted in all your views :)
