RS fork problem

you know the seal head in the bottom of stanchions - under the rebound damper - there is an O-ring. above that there is a bushing with some rubber on the inner side. this rubber coating is damaged the O-ring is ok.

Just rang TF tuned. they told me i need new upper tubes as this bushing is a part of sealhead pressed into stanchions and is not servicable.
fecking crazy...
i guess this rubber coating protects the damper shaft from being scratched when going through the bottom of stanchions. the O ring is responsible for stopping oil from leaking into lowers , is it?
maybe i could just fcuk the bushing and use it anyway.
is there any glue/paint waterproof and oilproof able to stay on metal surface in "inner-fork environment"? i could rebuild the coating then
I think there is one silicon i used in past for car engine and it might do a job
as far as i remember it was red color.
It is water, temperature and pressure proof :D

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is but from memory I can tell you that the upper tubes (stanchions) can be completely stripped clean.. so this pressed in bushing can be removed.. although I must admit I don't know exactly the part your talking about so someone correct me if I'm wrong (but I doubt it..!)

Oh and any rubber bits (besides O-rings) inside the fork are usually bottom out bumpers and nothing more..

i called this part LITTLE ****ER cos it drives me crazy

the problem is i went down with compression locked.
motion control IS don't have the floodgate which caused oil to get out.
it went not through crush washer but through rebound damper and the adjuster is leaking but only a few drops.

the thing with little ****er is its rubber inner coating is broken.
it cant be replaced (sealhed not removable- fixed to uppers)

but i think if the O ring is responsible for sealing the upper tube, i should get away with it.

what's funny - the O ring is ok and that would be only one thing i'd expect to break when locked compression caused an impact on the whole system.
i removed lowers and keep pushing and pulling the Rebound damper - no leaks through o ring but some 2-3 drops ale bubling through the places shown with blue arrows.

tell me my stanchions are not ****ed...

TF said it's factory fixed.
