2 sets of wheels

Thinking of getting lighter wheels. I'd wish to keep the old wheels with 2-ply 2.5 tires for DH spins.
The new, tubeless set would have cassette installed + same rotors as the other set. but lighter single ply 2,35 tires to use for AM spins.

I like this idea but was wondering - the hubs of different brands have different widths so the discs even thou they are the same - will be in a different distance each time. This might cause problems as the already set up for 1 set, wouldn't take the other set... especially Mono M4 which MUST have the dist centered perfectly between pads. adjusting them every time i swap wheels would be annoying enough. Now: i think i could get rotor spacers to offset the rotor from the pad but it'll never be exactly perfect.

Has anyone tried having 2 sets of wheels?

its all about the axles, ye Mackerel !! Where do you get this **** from !! or you could buy my wheels off me..i deliberately loosened the bearings so that the wheel tracks correctly against the disc whatever wheels I use !! Now any chance you could get me a bucket of stripey paint from the Bike rack !!

Spacers would do the job just fine. You might be lucky and find the hubs have the same dimensions. Or you could always get the same hubs on both wheelsets.

You might as well use some spacers then.

Should be pretty close to exactly perfect.

COOL only spacers i've seen were "hope" - quite thick
