Did you try "the bike rack" in cabinteely got my pure race ks i900 remote seat post there very helpful guys there. Had a little trouble getting it to work at first the lads in the shop had a look and sorted it there and then i haven't had an ounce of trouble with it since.
Not tried them... will give them a buzz in the morning, ta.
No worries forgot to ad that there has been no trouble out of it riding on average four times a week over eight months.
