24 litre...?? That's a freekin' monster for what's needed to pump bike tyres... its probably on the large side too and I'd imagine its very noisy..
I've been using this bad boy for the last few months with a Prestaflator.. very happy with it..

It only has 6 litre tank and is about the size of a dirt worker... its also relatively quiet so it can be used in doors without driving the neighbours crazy..
If your buying a compressor for bike tyres you only need a 2-6 litre tank... the important bit is the CFM delivery (cubic foot per minute)... anything over 2 CFM will do the job nicely.. the Michelin one above has something like 5 CFM so is more than capable of inflating car tyres and even tractor tyres...!
