WTD: Large XC hadrtail frame + forks or full bike 500e

My friend is looking for a large XC frame - around 20". Would be perfect with headset in good condition.
Frame is to suit 100mm forks which are also needed. Something like Rock Shox Tora around 100e. Long steerer tube required.

Also considered entire large bikes around 500
