laptop problems

Does anyone know of a good laptop repair service, i need to recover information from my hard drive. needs to be in the Dundrum ish area.

it appears that the hard drive is dead so I need to recover the information I have on there before I put a new hard drive in or re install the OS.

If it's dead you might not be able to recover anything from it.
On the other hand if it's just a matter of the OS not booting you can use something like this:http://puppylinux.org/main/Overview%...%20Started.htm to recover data and then reinstall the OS.

I think it's sorted.
