One is used, the other is new.
The used one has some minor scuffs and scratches - no dents, dings or flatspots - no serious damage of any kind.
They are not tubeless but can very easily be converted - DT Swiss makes a kit for them or you can use Stan's rim strips or yellow tape
Both rims are straight and true
Both are 32 hole
