good courier

i was just wondering if any of you guys travelled with your bike? im contemplating buying a bag for it and bringing it with me. so do any of you know any good couriers that dont cost the earth?? thanks

Am I missing something ..... if you're going to buy a bike bag and bring your bike with you .... why do you need a courier?

Well my only advice is all courier companies are a bit sh!t. TNT lost one bike on me, and we have had work deliveries go AWOL with others, all big players, it is a lot more common than you would think. Don't assume the bike will be insured either, you need to arrange that at extra cost to yourself, and if they loose it, or some fecker in Hamburg cycles home on it, it's your tough luck.

spot on lad! ha ha i price 1 company and it was €400 without insurance. and that is way out of my budget! might just sell it and buy 1 over there. less hassle
