Mountain bike trails in Ireland

Hello all
We're just back from spending the weekend on the trails at Ballyhoura on the Cork/Limerick border. What a fantastic facility. We covered some serious km over 2 days in all sorts of weather.

On route home we got talking about other similar facilities. We've been to Ticknock and Ballinastoe, but are there others? Or better still is there a website somewhere that gives details on all the MTB tracks in Ireland?

Yes theres a trail called Derroura down in connemara in Co. Galway but i would,nt waste my time going back to it. The trails you have done are the best we have but there all on the coillte outdoors website.

Agree, that would be the best idea. Just need to find more hours in the day or more days in the week.

Joining a club is the best way to go but if time is not on your side then www.trailbadger.com will give you a list of most trails in ireland.
