Glendalough Estate Bike Trails?

Just wondering does anybody know whats happening with Glendalough estate bike trails. Are they going to open it to the public or have they finished building all the trails?

Was up there a few weeks ago looks like work has come to a stop everything is overgrowing and rotting away, shame it would of been the best trail center in the country with its Whistler nortshore and proper 4X track.

Was talking to a guy who works there,the trail center is still going ahead,overgrownj as it is,they were just trying to launch the equiterian center first,thats up and running with poisters and fliers all around ,so hopefully it will be open soon,will keep you updated if i hear more

They are making sure they have their planning organised before they finish off the bike trails, it's a bit of a grey area as to what exactly they need planning for.

little bit more work to be done to all the trails before they are fully rideable/good.
Work stopped at the time of the growth so it's gone backwards a bit.
Lots and lots of interesting stuff to try in there anyhow.

Thats good to here, from the look of whats there so far it will defo make a big attraction for all types of MTB'er a good XC trail with some cool timber sections, A real north shore area, Fortwilliam class 4x track, dirt track and the Whistler section for the big boys with its massive 3 story drops jumps going over busses amazing.

any bus-stops?
