I am happy to say we have been overwhelmed with offers of help for the weekend. This is a great credit to the club.

All the 'big' jobs have been assigned. Don has a team for Saturday and Shona has her marshals.

There are few outstanding jobs to be covered but we'll contact people directly to look after these as they pop up.

Outside of this, if you are available to help, we will needs bodies on the day to support the people doing all the 'big' jobs. Some pointers if you are free;
- Be there before 12am on Saturday to support us getting setup
- Be there by 8am on Sunday to support us getting setup
- STAY AFTER THE Event to clean up on Sunday (the most thankless job and it always falls to the people how have worked non stop for the past months)
- BE SELF MOTIVATED! - If you need to ask me or Richie what to do it will only stress us out. But trust if you stand still long enough you'll be given a job!
- Support riders and spectators - learn the start times, the basic format and the course. We don't want people responsible for some of the big jobs fielding questions from spectators or riders
