Daycent physio spots ?

Hows a going folks the neck and shoulders are in need of some much needed TLC ! anybody know of any decent (bang for your buck) places around wicklow/south dublin that specialize in deep tissue massage ?

Hi Harry, it's not quite wicklow and just about south Dublin but they do specialize in deep tissue massage. My wife's business Shivaga Thai massage is at 14 south Anne street D2. www.shivagathaimassage.com. Back, neck and shoulder massage 30 mins €30. They also do foot massage(which is actually most of the legs) if the legs are feeling tired. Hope this is of some use. John.

Karl Gilligan is a Sports Physical Therapist based in Stepaside.

Been going to him for the last few weeks with a neck problem and he's fantastic. €50 for an hour which is good compared to others. Really knows his stuff and is a nice bloke too!

Another Karl.... Karl Sexton at the Bray Physiotherapy Centre. Knows his stuff and specifics of cycling as he races road himself and has worked with the Irish track team amongst others. Highly recommended. €50 an hour also.
