Did this yesterday for the first time in a long time. What a brilliant trail, it is getting a fair bit of use by the look of it, but is still there and riding really well. Lots of sideways action as my feeble 2.1 ignitors struggled to bite, braking was not really worth trying either. We even met a couple of walkers on the way up who were hopelessly lost.
Ah ha, I thought you might say that. The truth is we did an early start 3 Rock, Prince Willies, Crone, Maulin, River valley, Djouce, Commons, Sugerloaf, taking in Alans trail along the way, we must have been one mountain ahead of you. Even saw those Ride Rock Goobers heading your way.
Officially the best day of the year to be on the bike.
