Richie, not a bad idea however I think what you would achieve through that would be a load of Ballyhoura type trail centres, but that will not solve our issues about being able to ride freely around 3 Rock, Djouce and freeriding through Wicklow etc etc
It will satisfy those who are happy with trail centre riding, but not those of us who like the more rural/wilderness style of MTB, if that makes sense!

maybe im completelywrong but is the idea that we are not looking for millions to be spent on trail centres but just to be decriminalised on existing trails ?
