It's Blitz time again starting with Ballinastoe on the 19th of February. Now i know that some people are just too tough and deadly for this event! But it's a great way to kick start the racing season. The races will be slightly longer this year, 1 lap for baggy shorts and 2 laps for Super Pros.
Its free for U8 to Junior so it would be great to see a big turn out from all the parents with kids as we're going to make a big effort for kids races.
We pay all the cycling ireland day licences, so no extra charges.

Yep, Ill have you know I was only spooning my wife no Buggles or Stanleys were involved or hurt during this spooning:)
jesus Oz I feel great, that week in GC has really brought me on leaps and bounds. My sub-threshold intervals were unbelievable and Peter says my pedal action was really smooth. I reckon Il be top 5 in S1 after my lymphatic drainage appointment
