Super spiffing spin there kiddies, Poor Byrner is in a heap, cant talk, which is kinda weird, as he is usually shouting abuse at everyone, except Damo and Alfie that is. Yeah burped the tire on the WW and just could't get to sorted quickly. So just did my own loop. Ended up a great day for the bike.

Fair play to Steo and Andy Fitz..while it wasn't ferocious, it was nonstopish..so well done lads.
Poor old Redser..but don't despair , get back up there with us on Saturday mornings.
You need a decent level of fitness for these spins, today would have been a good day to try one as I am battered with the Flu..
Next time won't be so easy.
I like to go hard and fast and so does Damo. 8.00 is not that early and you have the whole day to watch TV and eat pies.

It's demoralising when you cant keep up with a 50yr old with the flu!
