If your planning on signing up with Gpages, have a look at Sayso.ie first.... popular and cheaper...

3 off the 5 motorcycle shops listed there are no longer in business!! its renewal time and I just dont think people pick up the book or type golden pages as the search tool. I always use google thats just me though.
I used to spend a fortune with them but got less and less return every year - gave it up altogether last year! I'd spend the money on Google Adwords!

If you do have some budget for online marketing there are currently far more effective ways to get bang for your buck and even stuff you can do for free.
But the Golden pages would not be high on my list.

I wasted 3k on an ad with them a few years back, and the only job I got out of it was a gypo in Ashbourne who ripped me off. Steer clear, waste of hard earned dollars.
Yeh seems to be the general feedback, they are saying they have a new dealdone with google ad words but I think I'll just contact them direct myself. I've looked into ad words before but its very confusing and i did a little tester with them and my €20 went in about 1hr so Fk that I said but I'm sure thats my fault. Must try them again.
Smithers you should look into Facebook target adverts they deliver some great return on investment and with a few tweeks your website could work better for you.

Not many, but there are a couple of simple things to help the google man find you.
You can read loads on SEO most of which is tosh, but a well thought out digital marketing strategy can get great results fir not as big an outlay as you might think.
