I'm sure some one else in the club can put you more right but the general situation is that EPIC MTB club runs a series of spins for its members each week, I think there is a spin of some sort happening almost every day / evening. This are only open to club members are 'invited guests' these are posted in the members only part of our message board. This is not an elitist thing it is just how most of the clubs operate,
On rare occasions Richie may run a beginner style spin but these aren't scheduled really and are advertised on the public section of the forum. For the most part Epic's or Richies intro spins aren't for the real beginners unless clearly stated.
As far as I am aware there are no spins of this sort planned for the near future. Many of the other MTB clubs run regular enough intro series spins and is a way to join a club.
