Folks, the Cork lads have gone to a lot of effort to build an amzing track, don't miss it, its the trail they should have used last year, I did a round of the Munster League there and its brilliant ! Unfortunately due to work I wont be there !

Haven't seen Hyneser in years, can't believe he is now a cross counrty head???
The last time I seen him, hw was kicking me of the Roughty river in kerry in massive flood.
However I still had a great weekend and got a little too drunk too. Ahh, good times.

it took me 2.5 hours back in February ! its a brilliant course..well worth the trip. Car pool and go..I can't believe I'm missing it..feckin work, feckin bills, feckin life ! Feckin Teenage children ! feckin retail , feckin feckin poxy feckin recession , feckin bankers !
