Attention all racers!

We'll have a dedicated support crew for Sunday to look after all racing the Nationals. We will look after the Epic tent and also both feed / tech stations.
We'll be quite easy to spot as all members of the pit crew will have custom made blue t-shirts so keep an eye out for those.

Now, this is the important bit:

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR BOTTLES ARE MARKED WITH YOUR NAME / NICKNAME

Also, if you need a new bottle during the race please SLOW DOWN before entering the feed zone to allow a smooth transition.

Throughout the day we will have tea / coffee and biscuits for all Epic members (and friends) so please do visit us, the more craic the better!

And last but not the least, if you have any noise making gizmos like cowbells, tambourines etc. please take them with you. We will put them to good use and if that doesn't make you go quicker than nothing will!

Great stuff tommy will be there to help out but I don't see anybody slowing down when in battle :)
