I did a lap tonight and its fierce...it will be like the EPIC club course, all pain and roots. Robin is a master of the off camber stuff and this shows it. Every course designer reflects his interpretation of what a Mountainbike course should be. I have always felt that the Nationals course has to be about the show and to show the rest of the world how deadly MTB racing is and we did that in 2010 in Djouce.
Now its Robins turn to show Djouce off as he sees it.
After all hes the main Djouce guru and nobody knows it as well as he does.
His course has woken me back up to what XC racing is about..hard technical riding , where you have to think about where you put the damn bike and not what tpi is in your tyres or whether SRAM is better than Shimano.
But solid hard ******* riding..
People will love it or hate it. Some bits are amazing..his Outlaw trail is unbelievable. I took two future superstars with me at full tilt on it tonight, Dave Conroy Under 14 and Paddy Michal Under 16..and they loved it..thats good enough for me.
its about time you strapped on a set of Balls and started behaving like a Man..not some hen pecked Apron addicted Globalsexual !! The Men are going at 10.00 be there or forever something something something..I have to eat my porridge !!
