Da Cooley Thriller!

Just looking at some of the Strava feeds from last year ..... 50kms and 1600mts of climbing! That's going to be very tough - looking forward to it ..... I think!!

Might be doing a reci next sun if you want to do a 'easy' spin of the route? I did it 4 years ago but it's changed a bit

Cheers Martin but with all day at the Bull Raid on Saturday, Cooley Thriller on Saturday week and the Marathon Nationals the following week, I might be pushing my luck!

Ive gained a few credits from the wife! So can spend 2 over the next 3 weeks and a birthday credit too! Lol if Cooley goes ok I'm gonna give the Marathon champs a go! Hope there is none of that crazy boardwalk in the champs

Just about every bit of it is there Martin ... it wasn't too bad last year as long as you took it steady!

I was down there couple of times this year and they have taken out a bunch of the boardwalks. The really slippy board walks in the forest have been improved and have far more grip due to being re surfaced.

boarwalks are for walking on !!

I think you'll find with me that's what up hills are for...

There was never any boardwalks in the Thriller anyway! You must be thinking about a different trail

well I was a the last Gravity Enduro in Ballyhoura and the poxy boardwalks remain the same as they always were..as for the Cooley thriller..I can't wait..

think a bit more about that !!
