I ended up 8th which was a nice surprise got 7th taken off me in the second run which was a bit annoying but anyway thats the way it goes,was very windy especially down the bottom section had to keep your wits about you,all the lads and lasses where flying today well done to all.

yeah, that was great craic today - everyone cheering everyone else on course was in good nick, the greasy rocks and roots kept everyone awake, definitely an ideal course for the non-DH'ers to have a good day on
that was a deadly days racing. we were all standing around talking afterwards and nearly all of the epic riders had a medal. fair play to ya's all!
well done to Alan Ayling aswell, he put in a savage time. 1:22 or something like that.....he's getting quicker by the second.
think that might of been me who said that gav, there were epic jerseys everywhere and everyone was fairly on the pipe.
ohh and gavogavin, when should i pick up the turner? you and rory windin me up all week sayin your going to beat me.....what happened? you seemed fairly confident about it!
think the difference between me and second was 0.015 seconds so it was the matter of who had the longer nobbles on there front tyre at the line.

but gav you did say that youd have a yakuza by sunday night which implied that you'd beat me haha actually i think i'll just take kens new v10 instead....shes a beauty of a yoke!
