We will be heading to the leadmines to show you around up there.
The rules are the same as last week regarding what to bring and what to wear.
The spin starts at 10 am, this means everyone is there and ready to go at 10 am. Dont arrive at 9.55 and think you are on time. Always aim to be parked at least 15 mins before the spin starts.
We will be meeting at the school in Kilternan, beside the small blue church. Parking is quite limited so if people can share lifts it would be a good idea. Also dont leave any valuables in your car or on display in your car.

Anthea and her sister Lisa have taken to my type of training and are going on the lash on Friday night so wont make this one, they are gutted though to be honest as they had a ball at the last one.
Would love to join you this Sat but will be away at the weekend. Look forward to getting out soon, I have the end2end challenge in Isle of Man on the 9th Sept and would love to get one or two spins in advance. Will keep an eye out for the next one. Have fun.

Thats no excuse Smithers! Tell them to get some alka seltzer, and get out there....(and put some decent pedals on Lisa's bike )
