The Adventure continues

I have had enough of writing my Blog for the Shop Sites, so I'll just write for myself and for my fans , I intend to post and scribble a little bit whenever I ride and i intend to ride a lot more actual Mountains than I have done this year with as many different people as possible.

excellent, but I am not sure I like the thought of limited heartbeats...with my heartrate I use up so many on a spin it might just shorten my life.......hopefully I'll have a fit looking corpse though
