great spin tonight people,really enjoyed that conditions were perfect again...
so far this year night riding has been the shizzle!!

that was one hell of a deadly spin with a brilliant bunch. I think people really need to see the purpose of these spins, they are to create savages..if you are thinking you are too deadly for these you are sadly mistaken. On these spins I regulate the pace so that everybody gets to ride at a decent pace and enjoy themselves. theres no actual stopping and its not a Tuesday creasing session, I guarentee that no matter how deadly you think you are these spins will be of benefit to you. Fair play to Caroline..some legend , I'm an old fashioned anachronistic ******* but the EPIC ladies make me feel very lucky to know them !
