That job bridge is deeply flawed and there are many many companies using it to just plain take advantage of it and staff their business for nothing and making extra profits of the back of social welfare funded labour. All you have to do is look at the huge number of hotels and cafe looking for and Intern for pot washing. It's one thing a design graduate design professional doing an intern-ship to gain professional experience en route to full time employment but some roles like pot washing are taking advantage.
Richie is probably doing himself no favours in being totally honest saying he has no current budget for staff, perhaps if it was dressed up and 'sold' to you as the opportunity of a life time listing all that this will do for you and what you will get out of it the role might be more palatable.
The thing is despite all the bad things people like to say about Richie his heart is in the right place and no one who knows him even in the slightest will ever say otherwise, I have no doubt that he will do his best by who ever takes this position. It's ******s like you that have this country ****ed.I'm very surprised that there's members in Epic with that type of attitude, You could do yourself a favour and try encourage people to take up these type of employment schemes, I have employed approx 20 staff for the last 20yrs and believe it or not it's these small to medium size private company's that urgently require this type of assistance. These company's are the largest employers in this country. I would work for free to gain expierence in your interested field., This type of mentaliy will go a long way towards find your desired employment.
